    Hi there,

    Really enjoy your content and always try your recipes!
    I cannot buy Braggs in Port Alberni so I sub in miso paste. Doesn’t have the amino acids but at least it’s got some flavour. Guess I have to try Amazon.

      Hi Carol,
      Thanks for your kind words! Have you checked Save on Foods? In Calgary, they sell braggs in the natural foods aisle. China lily soy sauce (also at save on) is pretty similar too. Good luck!
      I’ve been to Port Alberni once for a high school sports event once 🙂 I remember very nice people!
