Whole Roasted Garlic Bulbs: Traditional and Oil-Free

In this tutorial, I’ll show you two ways to make whole roasted garlic bulbs: one classic method and recipe for oil-free roasted garlic. Roasted garlic can really transform any dish that you may have used regular garlic for giving it a more mellow, sweet flavour.

CLASSIC ROASTED GARLIC RECIPE

Ingredients
3 whole bulbs of garlic
3 teaspoons (15ml) of cooking oil
salt

Roast at 425F or 220C for 1 hour. Use the middle rack. Rest until cool enough to handle.

    How long would it keep in the fridge? Can you freeze it?

      I’d say up to a week or so. I haven’t tried freezing but I’m sure it would be fine as long as you wrapped them up really well so they don’t stink up everything in there 🙂 Good luck! – Mary
