Have I indeed lost my mind?
‘Tis true. I have moved from my vegan-heaven home in Vancouver and have committed to living in a small town in the Canadian Rockies. No more spontaneous jaunts to the nearby vegan shop, quick bus trips to the veg*n mecca (aka Commercial Drive), or coming home from the grocery store with armloads of Daiya Pepperjack Cheese. Indeed, these will be trying times. *dramatic sigh*
So, in the coming months, expect more recipes that utilize seasonal vegetables and basic ingredients that will be easy to find in most grocery stores.
On another note, thank goodness for online shopping.
